Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, compassionate, and skilled Diploma Nurse to provide professional nursing care and support to patients.

Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients according to their needs.
Monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to the concerned doctor/supervisor.
Administer medications and treatments as instructed.
Check and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist patients with daily activities and personal care when required.
Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures.
Communicate professionally with patients and their family members.
Follow the organization’s nursing policies and clinical guidelines.
Provide emergency support when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery from a recognized institution.
Valid Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC) registration/license is required.
Additional nursing training/certification will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Freshers may apply.
Previous experience in hospital, clinic, home nursing, or healthcare service will be an advantage.
